Even if you don't practice criminal law, sooner or later one of your clients may have to post bail. When they do, you'll want to refer them to an agent you feel comfortable with.

Offers special arrangements for defendants with substance abuse or emotional problems.

If a client is anticipating arrest and the bond amount is unknown, we can meet with them to fill out all the necessary papers in advance to reduce their time in custody.
When you secure a bond reduction in court, providing the bondsman with a true copy of the order will greatly reduce the time for the jail to process the defendant's release.
Should a defendant have a warrant, all the paper work can be done in the office and they will only be required to go to the jail only to have their photo and prints taken.
We accept assignments on collateral for payment of Attorney's fees.
